To avoid any delays in delivering your order, please ensure that all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which can cause delays. Please note that delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
It is important to provide your complete and accurate address details. Failure to do so may result in your package being returned to us, or we may be unable to fulfill your request.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep. Please note that it may take 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you are unable to track your package or there is no information available, it simply means that the carrier has yet to process your parcel. Once the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.

If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request that they forward or redirect your package, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.
